Magiccal Moments is a culture-driven creative agency built to support emerging independent performing artists and foster authentic community.
At the core of our work is Magiccal Moments Music, our very own talent development division dedicated to discovering, developing and showcasing rising musical and performing artists.
Through curated live experiences, artist training, skill-building, and strategic industry exposure, we prepare artists for the industry while creating clear pathways for long-term career growth.
Our Journey
2023 - The Vision
Magicc founded Magiccal Moments to close the support gap for independent artists lacking full-team access.
Dec, 2023 - The Launch
Partnered with Surge of Synergy and Lips Café (Brooklyn, NY) to host the first Magiccal Moments Open Mic Night.
2024 - The Expansion
Due to growing demand, open mics expanded beyond New York to Washington, D.C.
2025 - The Elevation
Produced a three-city tour across NYC, DC, and Philadelphia, bringing together artists, industry representatives from labels and streaming services, and seven partners including Emmy Award–winning The Skin Deep and SAE Institute.
2026 - The Future
Magiccal Moments evolves into a scalable company, focusing on talent development, elevated performance opportunities, and sustainable, industry-ready artist careers.

Motivated by the challenges she witnessed talented artists facing in their pursuit of recognition, Magicc created Magiccal Moments to champion a more equitable and accessible creative landscape.
With a career rooted in shaping culture, bridging communities, and building opportunity, she brings deep expertise in marketing, media, and talent acquisition to the agency’s vision of providing the strategic support and infrastructure independent artists often lack.
Through curated experiences that unite performers, innovators, and tastemakers, the agency creates intentional spaces that move culture forward.
